Well my class this morning was canceled so I have had a relaxing morning. All I have really done is jog for like 10 minutes and played with my dog. I did a little bit of research online about different types of fasts. I think I might do a juicing fast sometime in the near future. I think it will work wonders both spiritually and physically. I found a great guide on the Campus Crusade for Christ website. Anyway it is still early and I haven't got much else to say right now so until next time.

Journal Entry 10/28/08 (3:42PM)
Well it is not a done deal yet but my dad is possibly going to buy a Ferrari on Saturday. I will be giving him a ride down to the bay area where the car is at. Now it is a Ferrari none the less, but it's one of the more affordable models you can find. It is a 1984 Mondial Cabriolet much like the one in this picture.
That is not the exact one just the first one I found when I searched for it on google. If the deal goes through (don't know why it wouldn't) I will be sure to post another picture of me sitting in the driver seat of the actual car.
Other then that my leg is still very sore from my day of paintballing. The wound from sliding is killing me because any time I sit down, stand up, or pretty much move in any way it is effected. I just hope it doesn't get infected. Me and Craig are already talking about our next trip though, after my wounds are healed and I invest in some good pants or slider shorts to wear under my pants.
I have a research project I need to begin working on for my Bio Psych class. We can pick the subject and I am thinking about doing it on tourrets. I will have to make sure I can find enough scholarly journal info on the subject but I don't foresee that to be a problem. That's all I really have for now, so until next time.
1 Corinthians 15:56 "The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."

Good evening everyone. I am still very sore from my day of paintballing but it was well worth it. I took it pretty easy today though. Met my friend Lacey at First Covenant for church this morning. We went to a vegetarian Indian food restaurant that we discovered a few weeks back. I am not a vegetarian by any means but good food is good food and they have a lot of it. The afternoon was spent with family, took my niece on the "ghost train" in the Folsom Zoo Park. All in all a nice relaxing day. I have to do some follow up stuff concerning my FAFSA, and a little homework before bed so until next time.

Journal Entry 10/25/08 (7:26PM)
I am exhausted! Today was a lot of fun. I spent it playing paintball, one of my favorite past times. I went with the Sun River Church Jr High group as a supervisor/leader (my brother in law's brother is the Jr High pastor). We went to Infinite Edge Paintball out past Rancho Murieta on Jackson highway. That is a great place to play, the owner Don is a good guy who Craig and I have known since our old tournament days. Anyway, I thought I would share some of my battle wounds with you. The best/worst, depending on how you look at it, from getting shot was this one.
I will have to work on resizing that. I just use photobucket and for some reason when I resize them there it doesn't translate in the html code. [Note: Used Picasa and they are now resized] Anyway the real wound didn't come from getting shot at all. It is actually from sliding on the hard packed dirt over and over again. Check this out.
Despite the wounds is was a great time and I can't wait to do it again. If anyone has never played paintball I highly recommend you do so as soon as possible. It can get expensive, especially if you really get into it, but it is not to bad if you just go out once in a while. You can rent equipment at the field as well as buy paint. Really you just have to show up, and tell Don that James sent you. Well I'm off to nurse my wounds, until next time.

Journal Entry 10/24/08 (8:11PM)
Well I spent some time redesigning this blog a bit. I actually have had this blogger blog for almost a year now. It originally was a part of a philosophy class I was taking. We would blog our thoughts on different writings we read as homework. It was a pretty cool way of doing things and it was what originally introduced me to blogging. After the class was over I deleted all the homework posts and started to post some personal stuff. That didn't last too long but I have left those old posts on here if you care to take a look. They are from back when I was first changing my lifestyle and pretty freshly sober, so they might have a different vibe to them. So anyway, back on point, I'm assuming most of the people reading this will already know about my wordpress blog. I have decided to transition to blogger so that I can add adsense to my blog and maybe make a little money off my ramblings. Shouldn't really miss a beat, until next time.
